IronPulseX is designed to work through two biological pathways: supporting nitric oxide production for vasodilation, and supporting oxygen transport through iron.
Pathway one: nitric oxide and circulation
L-Citrulline and L-Arginine both stimulate nitric oxide production, which signals blood vessels to relax and open, theoretically allowing greater blood flow, oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles. The individual mechanism is well understood in research — human studies robustly support L-Citrulline for enhancing athletic performance, with doses of 3 to 6 grams required to see real improvements in vascular function. The honest problem: because these two sit in an undisclosed proprietary blend alongside Beet Root and Ginseng, there is no way to verify whether IronPulseX contains anywhere near the doses shown effective in research.
Pathway two: oxygen transport via iron
Iron supports haemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. This is where the formula is at least transparent — 18 mg is declared plainly. But supplementing iron only reliably improves energy in people who are clinically deficient; it does not act as a general energy booster for healthy, non-deficient adults.
